Payments & Delivery

Hey there! At Foodsporen, you can easily pay for your order using i-Deal or Paypal. We've partnered with PostNL to provide shipping services for your convenience. If you place your order before 3 PM, we'll send it out on the same working day! Otherwise it will be send to you the first next working day. When you place your order please fill in your correct email-adres so you will receive the track and trace code from PostNL.

When it comes to shipping costs, we charge €5.95 for orders within the Netherlands. However, if your order is €35 or more, we won't charge you any shipping fees!

It's worth noting that for orders outside of the Netherlands, different shipping fees will apply. We'll calculate the exact cost based on your location and the weight of your order.

For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders above €150,-. So, if you're looking to place a larger order, be sure to keep that in mind!

We're always striving to provide you with top-quality health products, but if for some reason your purchase doesn't live up to your expectations, don't worry! We've got you covered with our return policy. Just make sure the product hasn't been opened and you can return it within 14 days of purchase. To notify us of the return, simply send us an email at info@foodsporen.com, and don't forget to mention your order number!
